We understand that everyone’s birth experience is unique. Birth Explained offers a variety of class options for pregnant people depending on their own special needs. These classes will educate you on all the options you have for your impending birth. Trust us, it’s more than you think! Knowledge is power, right?! We aim to empower you by increasing your awareness of the variables surrounding your baby’s birth.

Birth education does not have to start with pregnancy! In fact, many parents look back on their birth experience thinking, “Oh, I wish I would have known about x, y, z sooner.” People who aren’t pregnant but hope to be one day can now learn about pregnancy and birth before pregnancy.
