Safe, secure, and heard.

Learn, laugh, and explore the wonderful world of pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum life.

Once you have signed up for a class, you will receive a welcome email with the necessary information. If at any point you have questions, please reach out.

All classes are pay-what-you-wish. The knowledge of birth was once free, passed down from generation to generation. Everyone deserves the right to accurate, nonjudgemental, evidence-based information, regardless of financial status.

Questions come up after class all the time. Ease your mind knowing you can email with questions, comments, or concerns even after your class has ended. Our journey together doesn’t have to end just because the class is over. Explore, learn, and release stress knowing you are cared for. Your birth is important. You should feel confident, safe, seen, and heard. We want to support these feelings.

We offer in home lactation support too! Home visits are not free. Please contact Claire directly for information on lactation counseling.

Everyone learns in different ways.

Our classes incorporate various teaching styles to engage all learning types. Each class includes visuals, readings, videos, physical moments, and more!
