Did you know you have options? You can choose where to birth, who attends your birth, which routines you and your baby are a part of, and more. In the Birth Preferences class, we go through the pros and cons of various routines and tests, allowing you to make informed decisions regarding your care. You’ll leave with a birth preferences sheet that you can show to your doula and care provider.

Open to people who are pregnant. All trimesters welcome.

Class is 4 hours long with a 1-hour break for lunch.

All classes are pay-what-you-wish. The average cost for classes is $200+/-.
