In this discussion-based class, we will cover the basics of labor and answer all your lingering questions to make sure you feel prepared for birth. 

The Refresher Childbirth Course is offered as a two-week course meeting once a week or a one-day intensive. This course is designed for those who are nearing their estimated due date.
